Lappset Interactive Warranty
We promise our customers that they can enjoy our Lappset Interactive products for several years without worry. We offer a 10-year warranty period for construction parts made of steel, aluminum, and plastic. When purchasing a Lappset Interactive playset, our customers also receive a 2-year warranty on the electronic parts. Upgrade to the Carefree Pack for a 5-year warranty on the electronic parts.
The warranty also comes with:

- Lifelong expert advice, training, and service
Our warranty does not cover vandalism or faulty use. We have limited our warranty for harsh climates and close proximity to the sea.
The Köppen-Geiger climate classification
The Köppen-Geiger climate classification forms the basis for our warranty in harsher environments. It includes both temperature and humidity, essential indicators of the wear of our products outside.
The following zones are also included in our warranty when mandatory precautions are met according to our climate warranty chart :
- Bwh (hot desert)
- Af/Am/Aw (tropical)
- Sea/coastal zone for products installed within 1 km (0,6 miles) of the seashore (we have defined this zone apart from the Köppen-Geiger climate classification to provide the full warranty when precautions are met)
We do not include ET/EF (polar) zones in our warranty due to the extreme cold.
